Orders Between 0 – 0.99 LB

  • Next Day Shipping: +$80
  • 2nd Day Shipping: +$40
  • 3–5 Business Days Shipping: +$20

Orders 1 LB and Above

  • Next Day Shipping: $80 per LB
  • 2nd Day Shipping: $40 per LB
  • 3–5 Business Days Shipping: FREE

Disposable Vapes / Electronic Cigarettes

Orders Under 100 Pieces

  • 3–5 Business Days Shipping: +$20
  • Next Day and 2nd Day Shipping are NOT available for vape orders under 50 pieces.

Orders of 100 Pieces or More

  • FREE 3–5 Business Days Shipping
Important Shipping Notice:
Disposable vapes/e-cigarettes and all other product categories must be shipped separately.

If you have any special shipping requests or need assistance combining orders, please contact customer support before placing your order.

Shipping Schedule

Next Day Shipping:
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3:00 PM CALI TIME will be shipped the same day.

2nd Day Shipping:
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 5:30 PM CALI TIME will be shipped the same day.

Saturday:
Shipping department closed — no shipments will be processed.

Sunday:
Orders will be processed and tracking information will be provided the same day, but packages will ship on Monday.

Packaging Policy

All orders are packaged securely and discreetly to ensure safe delivery.

Once an order has been shipped, all sales are final and returns will not be accepted.

Insurance Policy

All packages are fully insured ONLY if the tracking status does NOT show “Delivered” to the shipping address provided by the customer.

If your package qualifies for insurance coverage, we will either:

  • Reship the same order, based on product availability; OR
  • Issue store credit for the exact order amount.

Our goal is to ensure you can shop with confidence and peace of mind.

How Insurance Coverage Works

Insurance applies ONLY to packages that:

  • Become stuck in transit with no tracking movement; OR
  • Are confirmed lost during shipment.

Insurance Claim Waiting Period

Next Day Shipping:
Insurance becomes eligible after 3 business days without tracking updates.

Regular Shipping:
Insurance becomes eligible after 5 business days without tracking updates.

Please wait until the full waiting period has passed before contacting support regarding an insurance claim.

Insurance Exclusions

Insurance coverage does NOT apply if:

  • Tracking shows the package as “Delivered”
  • The shipping address is marked vacant or invalid
  • Delays are caused by carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control
